Health Insurance Cover

Please speak to your insurer before making an appointment. Written confirmation from your insurer with your policy number and authorisation code for invoiced amount will be required to book your appointment. Some insurers rule out ASD or ADHD assessments in their policy wording, a neurodevelopment assessment looks at your child as a whole and most insurers will accommodate these assessments.
Dr Sarah Mills is currently recognised by the following Medical insurers:

• Aetna Global Benefits

• Allianz

• Aviva

• Cigna

Other insurers may well approve a consultation after a request from the policy holder.

Dr Mills adheres to the fee schedule provided by the relevant insurance company. Please note, you will be liable for any fees the insurer declines to pay.

Privately Funded Families

Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to arrange the most appropriate consultation.

Any balance will be invoiced with the report and will be due within 28 days.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment (unless exceptional circumstances) will be charged a 50% cancellation fee that will be invoiced. Please note insurance companies will not cover this charge and you will be liable.

Any outstanding invoices may lead to services being ceased until accounts are brought up to date.
