Deposits:

Certain appointments will require a deposit at booking.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation must be made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled in less than this time, a 50% fee will be charged. This covers insurance and other costs incurred even before the appointment takes place.

Location

The consulting rooms are based in Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne in a peaceful location. There is free parking on site. Directions will be shared with you once your appointment is booked.
